Evan examines the important, and often complex, issues that lie at the intersection of diversity and individual, group, and organizational processes. He draws on social psychology, developmental psychology, organizational behavior, and behavioral economics. His research is unified by the pursuit of theoretically innovative science that can influence how we live, learn, and work in an increasingly diverse society.
